Honest Data and Practice Trust

- Online booking button for Featured practices — they paste the booking page they already use
- Insurance collected as carriers, public programs and payment methods separately, so a payment method never reads as a plan a practice is in network with
- Every practice-facing email now carries an unsubscribe link and our postal address
- Both forms say plainly that submitting leads to email, and what can be stopped
- Listings show when a practice reported its insurance, and state that network status is not checked by us
- City pages no longer claim to hold insurance or sedation details we do not have
- Listing claims: identity checks now actually compare the email domain and NPI location against the listing
- The paid Verified badge cannot be sold until a person has checked at least one detail themselves
Dentists Named Alongside Oral Surgeons

- City pages name both — "Dentists & Oral Surgeons in [city]" — rather than listing general dentists under an oral surgery heading
- Homepage and state pages say who is actually in the directory: 3,800+ general dentists as well as oral surgeons
- Nothing about oral surgery is removed; the dentists are added beside it

- What is still set aside is real-time booking: showing live appointment slots and writing a confirmed booking back into the practice’s system
- That needs the practice’s scheduling software connected. Zocdoc does it through 175+ EHR integrations, which is not a reachable target for a directory
- Listed here so it is clear this was a decision rather than an oversight
