You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Site with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Dentillo is an online directory that provides information about oral surgeons and dental specialists who perform wisdom teeth removal procedures. Our service includes:

A searchable database of dental providers

General information about providers and their services
Links to provider websites

IMPORTANT: Dentillo is an informational directory service only. We do not:

Provide medical or dental advice
Perform dental services
Schedule appointments on behalf of providers
Endorse, recommend, or guarantee any specific provider
Verify provider credentials or qualifications
Act as a healthcare provider in any capacity

YOU SHOULD NOT USE DENTILLO FOR MEDICAL EMERGENCIES.

The information provided on Dentillo is for general informational purposes only and is not intended as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. 4. Provider Information Disclaimer

Provider information on Dentillo is collected from publicly available sources including provider websites, public directories, Google Maps and other mapping services, and user submissions.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information on the Site. Provider information including addresses, phone numbers, hours of operation, insurance acceptance, and services may be outdated or incorrect.

It is your responsibility to:

Verify all provider information directly with the provider
Confirm insurance coverage before treatment
Verify provider credentials and licensing
Research providers independently before seeking treatment

5. User Responsibilities

By using the Site, you agree to:

Not interfere with or disrupt the Site or servers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DENTILLO AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
Personal injury or property damage resulting from your use of the Site
Errors or omissions in provider information
Actions or inactions of any provider listed on the Site
Quality of care provided by any listed provider
Any disputes between you and a provider

IN NO EVENT SHALL DENTILLO'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED $100.

9. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING YOUR RIGHT TO FILE A LAWSUIT IN COURT.

9.1 Binding Arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court, except as provided below.

9.2 Exception for Small Claims

Either party may bring an individual action in small claims court in Utah County, Utah, instead of arbitration if the claim is within the court's jurisdiction and proceeds on an individual (non-class) basis.

9.3 No Class Actions

YOU AND DENTILLO AGREE THAT DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT AS A CLASS ACTION, CLASS ARBITRATION, OR CONSOLIDATED PROCEEDING.

9.4 Opt-Out Right

You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by sending written notice to: info@dentillo.com

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Voluntary Support and Donations

11.1 Nature of Support

Dentillo offers users the option to provide voluntary financial support through third-party payment platforms such as Venmo. By choosing to support us, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMERS ABOUT SUPPORT:

Not Tax-Deductible: Dentillo operates as a for-profit business. Your financial support is NOT a charitable donation and is NOT tax-deductible under U.S. tax law or any other jurisdiction.
Voluntary and Non-Refundable: All contributions are 100% voluntary and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds for any support payments.
No Quid Pro Quo: Supporting Dentillo does not entitle you to any special treatment, services, features, priority placement in our directory, or any other benefit beyond supporting our mission to provide a free dental directory.
No Provider Benefits: If you are a dental provider listed in our directory, supporting us financially will NOT affect your listing placement, visibility, or ranking in any way.

11.2 Use of Support Funds

Financial support received is used to:

Maintain and operate server infrastructure
Develop and improve the Site
Expand coverage to additional states and cities
Cover operational costs including API usage, hosting, and development
Keep the directory free for all users

11.3 Third-Party Payment Processors

When you choose to support Dentillo through Venmo or other payment platforms, you are subject to that platform's terms of service and privacy policy. We are not responsible for:

The security or privacy practices of third-party payment processors
Payment processing fees charged by third parties
Disputes with third-party payment platforms
Technical issues with payment processing

11.4 Tax Implications

Consult a tax professional for advice. While we do not believe voluntary support payments to Dentillo have tax implications for supporters, you should consult with a qualified tax advisor about your specific situation.

11.5 No Obligation

Use of the Dentillo directory is completely free. You are under absolutely no obligation to provide financial support in order to access, use, or benefit from any features of the Site.
