Can I upgrade or downgrade my tier?
Yes! You can upgrade to Featured or Premium at any time. If you need to downgrade, we require 30 days notice. Your listing will never disappear—it will just revert to the free Basic tier.
How do I pay for Featured or Premium?
Payment is processed securely through Stripe. After submitting your listing form and selecting Featured or Premium tier, you'll be redirected to Stripe checkout to complete your payment.
Do you verify provider credentials?
We verify that you are a licensed dental professional and that your practice exists. However, Dentillo is a directory service—we do not endorse or recommend specific providers. Patients should always verify credentials independently.
Can I update my listing information?
Yes! Free Basic listings can request updates by emailing admin@dentillo.com. Featured and Premium subscribers can update their information anytime by contacting us or their account manager.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No long-term contracts! Featured and Premium listings are month-to-month. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice. Your listing will automatically revert to the free tier.
How many patients can I expect?
Results vary by location and competition. We're a new platform growing rapidly across 138+ cities. Featured listings get prominent placement and 3-5x more visibility than free listings. We'll provide monthly performance reports for Premium subscribers as traffic grows.
