How do I get a free listing?
Simply email us at admin@dentillo.com with your practice information. We'll create your free listing within 1-2 business days. No credit card required.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my tier?
Yes, you can upgrade to Featured at any time, and cancel whenever you like — it runs to the end of the period you have paid for. Your listing never disappears; it simply reverts to the free Basic tier.
How do I pay for Featured?
Submit your listing and we'll review it, usually within 1 business day. Once approved, we email you a secure Stripe payment link. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe — we never see your card details.
Do you verify provider credentials?
We verify that you are a licensed dental professional and that your practice exists. However, Dentillo is a directory service—we do not endorse or recommend specific providers. Patients should always verify credentials independently.
Can I update my listing information?
Yes. Email admin@dentillo.com with whatever needs changing and we'll update it, usually within 1 business day. That applies to free and Featured listings alike — keeping details accurate is not something we charge for.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No long-term contracts. Featured is month-to-month — cancel any time and it runs to the end of the period you've paid for, then reverts to the free Basic listing. Your practice stays in the directory either way.
How many patients can I expect?
Honestly, it varies by city and competition. Featured listings sit at the top of their city's results, above the free ones. We won't quote you a multiplier we can't back up — instead, every Featured practice gets a monthly report showing actual views, phone clicks and website clicks, so you can judge whether it is working rather than take our word for it.
