That means replies come from a person rather than a ticket queue, and usually within a business day or two. It also means that when something on the site is wrong, telling us actually fixes it.
We are a directory, not a dental practice, so we cannot give medical or dental advice, diagnose anything, or tell you whether a procedure is right for you.
